This page explains how to delete your Muviz account and the data associated with it. Muviz is operated by Elad Rubinstein, an individual developer.
Delete your account from within the app
- Open the Muviz app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Edit Profile.
- Scroll down and press and hold Delete account.
- Complete the confirmation shown in the app to submit the deletion request. Wait for the success confirmation before closing the app.
Don't have the app installed?
If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account and request account deletion. We will verify ownership and process the request.
What data is deleted
Account deletion removes the following account-linked information from active systems:

| Profile | Username, avatar, and bio. |
| Your activity | Ratings, watchlist, favorites, taste answers, and account-linked recommendation records. |
| Your content | Playlists and saved collections. |
| Social data | Friends and friend requests. |
Data retention
Deletion from active systems does not necessarily erase all backups and provider logs immediately. Their retention depends on provider settings and applicable legal obligations. Contact us for details about retained records. Copies of public playlists saved or cloned by other users and previews cached by external services may remain separately from your account.
